PAVE/Family Time. The mission of Family Time is to acknowledge and support the importance of family relationships by providing a safe, educational, and nurturing environment for children and adults during monitored family time with non-residential parents and extended family members. Monitored Family Time hours are based on individual needs and will be arranged during intake. Cancellation notice of 24 hours is required. Family Time is located on the backside of First Baptist on the second floor. Visitors will need to use the doorbell on the back of the church to gain access to the Family Time offices. Vermont Center for Independent Living. VCIL’s mission is to empower Vermonters with disabilities, Deaf Vermonters, and others to tear down the physical, communication, and attitudinal barriers that keep us from realizing our full human potential.
