Church Services Now Have Resumed

Dear First Baptist Church Family and Friends,

The First Baptist Church of Bennington VT is pleased to announce that the church will be reopening its doors for Sunday Services. Services will start at 10:30am and last about one hour. To protect our most vulnerable members, we will be following state guidelines regarding social distancing and face masks will be required. For those that cannot attend, repeats of the Sunday Services will still be available for view the week following the service on CAT-TV and on our website. We appreciate everyone’s patience during this difficult time and look forward to seeing you soon.

The church annex, including the church office, is closed during the week. You can email the office at fboffice@sover.net and someone will get back to you within several days. However, the annex will be open on Sundays for access to the church service.

Unfortunately, the church is unable not provide financial assistance with bills and does not hand out vouchers. The church is part of the Greater Bennington Interfaith Services (GBICS) located at 121 Depot Street. GBICS is home to the Kitchen Cupboard, the Food and Fuel Fund, and the Bennington Free Clinic. To contact GBICS call 802-447-3700 or visit gbicsbennington.org . For other services, such as rental and bill assistance, please contact BROC at 802-665-1448 or visit www. broc.org

The pet clinic is no longer being held to to Covid concerns.

We will be in communication with you on this issue as it develops. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. God bless you.

Sincerely in Christ,

FBC Board of Trustees
